Please be sure to read product descriptions AND be as detailed as possible in your design details. If you run out of space, send additional details as well as your photos to shopbandsplus@gmail.com. Custom items have a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks depending on size of order, items being orders, etc.
Due to high volume of orders, each custom order will receive a design draft with ONE round of free revisions. Additional revisions will come with an extra charge and delay the processing of your order. Hence, it is important to be specific and thorough when placing your order so we are clear on what you want your product to look like.  Please provide an email you check regularly and keep your eye out for emails from us. Design drafts require your approval. Your order will be on hold until you have approved your design.
Please include your graduation date either in the notes of the product or in the notes of the checkout page.
